We have delt with few trip operators in Kathmandu through emails to decide upon the most suitable operator for our 6D/5N trip in Nepal in June 2017. Finally we've decided to stick with Overland Vehicle Service, considering the professionalism and frendliness displayed by Mr. Ram, the MD of the Company. They have managed to come up with a customized trip itinerary as per our requirement, letting us to do further fine tunings.
We were 5 adults and a kid, keen to have a comfortable tour, hence decided to travel in a spacious Toyota Hiace from Kathmandu to Pokhara, Pokhara to Lumbini and back to Kathmandu, including the airport pick and drop from our hotel in Thamel. We were quite satisfied with the vehicle given and with the driver who has always ensured and managed to stick with our time schedule.
Mr. Ram has won our trust and was connected with us through out of our journey and proved that he is taking extra care of his clients. He was not restricted only to the core but also assisted us for our shopping in Thamel for better deals.
